Bridgwater YMCA Foyer

A residential development designed for the use of young people. The building has a mix of 43 bed sits, studio flats and mobility units together with administrative facilities. Castle Moat
SHAL Housing (Bridgwater)

This scheme has achieved a high density on a restricted site in the town's central conservation area and provides 18 two and three person flats for social housing need. The archaeoligically sensitive site occupies part of the previous moat and north-west gate to the town's castle. Extensive consultations were undertaken with the local authority due to the site's important location. The project received a Civic Society design award.
